Well I was right. Today was a long, but eventful day. I did everything on my list and got a few other things done! :)
OK, so here is something to look forward to. I am doing a Blueberry Challenge. What's that?? Well, as you probably know, blueberries are very good for you. They're full of all kinds of vitamins and minerals. But there's a problem- I don't like them and that stinks because they are so much healthier than even a granola bar. So, I am going to have a Blueberry Challenge, in which I will make 5 different dishes with the primary ingredient being blueberries. I will give more details later but for now, keep January 18-22, in mind! Next week is now, unofficially, National Blueberry Week!
