labor(less)

hello, my dearsies:) happy labor(less) day, to you all.

it's been a lazy day around here. plus we've gotten alot of rain from tropical depression Lee.
:( seriously it's rained all day, that's not even an exaggeration! but it was nice weather for reading.

what have i been reading?? In His Steps. i'm reading it for school, but it's SUCH a good book!! it's all about taking the saying "What Would Jesus Do" seriously. it's really been helping me to see what living like Jesus would actually look like.

and right now i'm memorizing this verse:
"We are therefore Christ's ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ's behalf: be reconciled to God."2 Cor. 5:20

and the PDL has been really good. all-in-all, God's been showing me cool stuff. especially in his Word.
His Word is alive. It's a light to my path. It's Truth.

That's what He's been reinforcing to me.

also, lately, i've been spending time on OurCompassion. It's a like a social networking site for Compassion sponsors. it's so cool, because I've already met different people from all over the world who sponsor kids that are in the same Child Center as Watch!!! how neat?!?! one girl that i've met through OC has led me to find the pastor of Watch's church on facebook! now i secretly stalk him and look for Watch in all of his pictures.......but don't tell anyone. :)

so, that's what's going on in my neck of the woods. :)
